Elos Me has historically provided its proprietary technology, design, and manufacturing to various prestigious international brands, including Syneron, HoMedics, Tria Beauty, and Unilever-Iluminage. Today, we not only supply Lescolton Global but have also merged at the business level. In 2022, Elos Me and Lescolton Global joined forces to establish Elos Me & Lescolton, becoming a leading company in laser technology.

At Elos Me, we offer fast and free shipping on all domestic and international orders.

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. domestic orders: typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

EU domestic orders: typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Rest of the world: delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Do I need to sign for my delivery? Yes. To ensure the highest level of security for your investment, all ELŌS ME shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. Why is a signature required? Our devices are high-value professional technology. Mandatory signature confirmation is the only way to guarantee that your package is delivered safely into your hands and not left unattended, exposed to weather, or at risk of theft in common areas or doorsteps.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery? If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) will leave a door tag with instructions. You will typically have the following options:

  1. Reschedule: Arrange a new delivery date through the carrier’s website.

  2. Local Pickup: Request to have your package held at a secure official access point or local office nearby, where you can collect it at your convenience by showing your ID.

  3. Alternative Address: We recommend shipping to your place of work if you know you will not be home during delivery hours.

  4. Can I waive the signature requirement? No. For insurance purposes and to comply with the Payment Protection Policy, we cannot authorize deliveries without a signature. This policy is in place to protect both the customer and the integrity of the delivery process.

Duties & Customs

Orders shipped to the following countries are not subject to import duties: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates (including Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel, and Indonesia.

Shipments to South America, Russia, China, and other countries, customs duties may apply. To learn how to avoid or reduce customs duties, please email us at hello@elosme.com.

In the United States, most orders ship domestically and shipping is free. However, due to high demand, some orders may ship with free shipping from abroad — depending on stock availability and logistics — and will be free of all import duties.

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all your order details. Furthermore, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order being shipped. To ensure you receive all order details promptly, please add hello@elosme.com to your address book.

    1. Cleanse the treatment area thoroughly, removing all cosmetics, lotions, and creams from the area you wish to treat. This will allow the laser treatment to penetrate the skin easily.
    2. Shave or wax the treatment area thoroughly using a new razor. This allows the eighth treatment to be most effective because the elight technology works on the hair inside the follicle, under the surface of the skin.
    3. Wipe your skin with a cool, damp cloth to remove any shaving cream or soap, and then dry the area well.

    • After your first treatment: On occasion, some users experience mild redness that quickly dissipates within 24 hours.

    • After your first month: Hair re-growth may begin to appear lighter and finer. You may notice a visible reduction in the amount of re-growth, particularly in areas where hair growth tends to be dense. However, the time required for treatment may vary depending on individual cases.

    • After 3 months of treatment: Clinical studies have shown up to 70% reduction after just three month.

    • After 4 months of treatment: Hair follicles that have been deactivated by the Elos Me technology will no longer grow hair. Continue to use the Lescolton powered by Elos Me device as necessary for touch ups until your skin is smooth and you’re free of the endless hassles of shaving and waxing.

Can I continue to tan?

Can the device be used on moles or skin tags, or should they be covered before treatment?

The device should not be used directly on moles or skin tags. It is recommended to cover them with a white sticker or cosmetic pencil before treatment to avoid irritation or potential skin reactions. Always follow the safety instructions provided in the user manual.

We recommend that you start at a high treatment level and then decrease by one treatment level at a time until you’ve reached the treatment level comfortable to you. The higher the treatment level, the faster the results.
